JD Sports owned Sports Unlimited Retail chooses Doddle to digitise its click & collect offering

The Netherland’s number one sports retail brand, Sports Unlimited Retail (SUR) (owned by JD Sports) has chosen our Powered by Doddle technology to power its transition from a paper based click & collect offering to a seamless digital solutions.
The new seamless digital experience will be open to shoppers using the popular www.Perrysport.nl and www.aktiesport.nl websites, which together attract over 15 million visits a year.
The new app will enable a simple and more personalised collections experience with customers receiving fully branded and automated order acknowledgement, collection and reminder emails. The technology will also increase efficiency with staff able to locate parcels in seconds using customers’ QR codes.
For SUR the solution offers:
Greater control over the post transaction customer experience
Easy deployment with the cloud based app requiring no complex in-store systems
Greater real time stock availability information and the ability to return uncollected items to the shop floor quicker
