Doddle helps gym-goers grab their kit with DW Fitness First and Nike

We’re proud to announce that Doddle has been chosen as the technology partner to deliver DW Sports new ‘Kit & Collect’ experience, in partnership with Nike.
Offering gym members (and members of the public) the chance to grab their new workout gear from collection lockers in the reception, Kit & Collect is designed to turn Fitness First changing rooms into fitting rooms for DW Sports and Nike’s core athletic customer base. Customers can pick up their purchases just 24 hours after ordering. Anything that doesn’t fit can be returned via Doddle’s patent-pending self-service returns pod for an instant refund.
With QR code scanning, customers can walk up and have their new kit within seconds of entering the gym. Nike and DW Sports recognized the potential of the gym locations to provide slick and convenient pick-ups for members that brings the satisfaction of a new purchase to customers during their daily routine.
The ‘Powered by Doddle’ technology underpinning the venture is also used by the likes of Amazon and M&S, and will enable a slick, fully branded customer experience from the second the order is placed until the customer is testing their new items in the gym, and beyond.
