At Doddle we’re obsessed with ensuring that all our customers experience the highest quality service whenever they use Doddle. That’s why, after careful consideration, we’ve decided to focus exclusively on the collection services we provide through our 100+ retail partners including Amazon, ASOS, Wiggle and Missguided, as this is where we can guarantee a premium service.
We understand that this change will inconvenience you and it is not a decision we have made lightly, but one we have had to make in order to deliver the best possible Click & Collect experience across our network.
By making this change at this stage, we can vastly increase our number of locations in which the Doddle service is available, making it easier for more customers to collect and return their online shopping through Doddle.
As of Wednesday 28th February 2018, we will no longer be taking any customer payments for parcel collections. This includes all customers subscribed to our Doddle Unlimited and Pay As You Doddle (PAYD) memberships. All card details will be securely deleted from your account on or before Monday 9 April 2018. No. There will be no charges for collections between Wednesday 28th February 2018 and Monday 9th April 2018 when the service closes.
You will still be able to collect parcels that arrive on or before Monday 9th April 2018, as normal. If you have any parcels you expect to arrive after this date, please get in touch with the Doddle Customer Care Team here and they’ll be able to help you.
Any parcels with a Doddle ID that arrive before Monday 9th April will be available to collect up to 15 working days after receipt in store, as stated on your collection email.
Please allow at least two weeks from the estimated delivery date to ensure you have enough time to collect your parcel. If you're unsure of the delivery times, please check with the seller just to be safe.
We would not recommend placing any new international orders under your Doddle ID. We don't want you to miss out!
The Doddle Customer Care Team can help you with this via the Help Form. Before requesting to close your account, please ensure all your parcels have been collected so as not to miss any notifications.

While you will no longer be able to use your Doddle ID when placing an online order, you will still be able to use your Doddle ID to track the progress of your returns and to speed up the returns process in-store.
